2:00 p.m. Call time for Regina & Drew at church
3:00 p.m. Prep work at church
4:00 p.m. Food and table linens arrive from Esposto's at church
5:00 p.m. Call time for Marc & Keith at church. Cake arrives at church
5:30 p.m. Meeting and meal in kitchen of church
6:00 p.m. Last minute prep; Guests arrive
6:30 p.m. Wedding buffet starts
7:00 p.m. Cut cake
8:30 p.m. Party over, strike everything
10:00 p.m. Lock up and leave church
