Drew was indispensible in many aspects because of his many personal attributes. All I had to do is to make our wishes know and he carried them out perfectly with great energy and highest quality. Because of his skills, he was able to step easily between duties so everyone involved knew my wishes and details were taken care of. He intuitively knows what needs to be done and then does it. Vendors remarked to me about how amazing he was as he adapted to whatever was necessary. I have come to refer to Drew as my ‘Secret Weapon’. I trust him implicitly for any task(s).

1:00 p.m. Pick up Regina & take 1st load to church, then 2nd of necessary
2:00 p.m. Call time for Regina & Drew at church
3:00 p.m. Prep work at church
4:00 p.m. Food and table linens arrive from Esposto's at church
5:00 p.m. Call time for Marc & Keith at church. Cake arrives at church
5:30 p.m. Meeting and meal in kitchen of church
6:00 p.m. Last minute prep; Guests arrive
6:30 p.m. Wedding buffet starts
7:00 p.m. Cut cake
8:30 p.m. Party over, strike everything
10:00 p.m. Lock up and leave church
